This update is not compatible with cartography Version 4.0 (or previous release of EUROPEAN ). Check the TEUQ00x.0x Code on the label of your SD card; if the last two numbers of this code is at least .03 OR you have a number 1 after the "Q" (e.g. TEUQ1xx.xx ), you can update the software. The new releases introduce some modifies into the 3D view of the map, then please do this check too: if your TEUQ code on the lable of the memory card has, after the "." point AT LEAST .06 ( or you simply have a number 1 after the "Q" (e.g. TEUQ1xx.xx )), you can view the new 3D view. If not you may be some viewing problem on the 3D mode, but anyway we suggest to update to gain the general navigation improvements

1. Register your Navigator
2. Read the FAQ section
3. If you do not find the answer to your problem, then write us filling the online Assistance form
4. The Customer Support will reply providing you instructions and the Call Center phone number.
5. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, you will receive via email a repair code ‘RMA’ with all the instructions to send us your navigator for repair.
6. You can check the repair status at any time.
